ENDC Conservatorship Panel

Addressing mental health, particularly in our most vulnerable communities, continues to be a major focus for the City and County of San Francisco. Senate Bill 1045, sponsored by State Senator Scott Wiener and signed into law by former Governor Jerry Brown, implements a five-year pilot program that enhances the city’s ability to address mental health and addiction through conservatorship.

Join ENDC on Wednesday, February 13 for a special panel discussing the elements of this new law with SF District 8 Supervisor Rafael Mandleman, Sergeant Kelly Kruger of the SF Police Department’s Behavioral Science Unit, Jennifer Friedenbach of the Coalition on Homelessness, and Rachel Rodriguez of the Community Payer Partnership.
